Dannie saw this in a Lowes Creative Ideas magazine, and asked if I could build her one. It's a little portable garden table that holds two wine glasses, and whatever else you might need while enjoying some time out in the yard (maybe even while playing cornhole!!). Once the leg is pushed into the ground, it becomes a pretty secure little table you can easily move from one place to another (and aerate your yard at the same time)!!

One For April
One afternoon on the way to lunch at Max and Erma's, April calmly said that we should come here on a Wednesday. The rest of us were a little confused at where she was going with this until she finished by saying that because kids eat for free on Wednesday's, Rook could get a free meal!! We all died laughing, and poor little Rook was speechless. I snapped this photo so we could all remember the moment!!

Today at work, I came back to my desk from playing foosball .. um, I mean back from a meeting ... and something was missing from my desk. I think someone was a little upset we played without him!!!

Cute Comic
My father sent me this comic the other day, and I just laughed. What made me laugh was the fact that I can now actually do that with the Jeep!! Can you picture me walking around with my Jeep doors like the guy in the comic?? Yeah, me neither!!

My Creative Whim
I was on EBay the other day (surprised, huh??) and saw a Thomas the Train display rack. I thought it was a neat idea, and decided to try making one myself. I created one exactly like I saw on EBay, and my mother like it so much, so took it for her house. I then decided to make another one, slightly larger for Abbie and Katie. It was fun to make, and I think it turned out pretty good. I even cut "tracks" in the shelves to keep the trains from falling off. What do you think??

Let the Customizing Begin
Today, Dannie and I installed our first customizations to the new Jeep. We added a Rugged Ridge black steel fuel door cover and a pair of Rugged Ridge steel taillight guards. Oh, and we picked up the soft top this weekend, but you'll have to wait until spring (or early summer) to see what that looks like!!
